Welcome back to you all, I trust you had a calm and restful Christmas break, I can say that all the staff of St Mary’s had a great holiday as well and are fully recharged and ready to embrace the new year. We have had a wonderful start to 2024, thank you parents for doing a great job in preparing your children for their return and thank you students for returning to school armed with a great outlook and positive mindset!

God Bless.

Parent Information Evening

On Wednesday, 7 February 2041 we will be holding our Parent Information Evening. This is an opportunity for families to hear what their child’s teacher’s educational philosophies are and how their classroom will operate. It is important that at least one parent from each family attends. The outline for the evening is as follows:

5.30pm:  Pre-primary to Year Two

6.00pm:  Year Three to Year Six

All information sessions will be held in classrooms. Some families may need to bring their children with them on the night. There will be no supervision by staff; therefore, parents are responsible for their own children.  This means no children playing outside unsupervised.

Welcome Back Function

The 2024 Welcome Back Function will be held at the Merredin Pool from 6.00pm-7.30pm on Friday the 9th of February. All members of the St Mary's School Community are invited to attend. The school will provide a sausage sizzle dinner. For more details please see the post on Audiri.

Beginning of Year Mass

Our Beginning of Year Mass and Commissioning of our SAC and P&F will take place place on Friday the 9th of February at 9.00am at St Mary's Church. Everyone is welcome to attend.
