TERM 3 WEEK 10 - 27 SEPTEMBER 2024

Principal

As we approach the end of another enjoyable and productive term, I would like to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to our students, staff, parents and school community for your dedication, enthusiasm, and support throughout Term 3. It has been a busy yet rewarding time filled with learning, growth, and memorable experiences.

This week, our students had a fantastic time at the disco and enjoyed a fun-filled mufti day. It was wonderful to see everyone come together to celebrate the end of term and enjoy some dancing and great food! Events like these foster a sense of community and school spirit, and I believe they play a vital role in enriching our students’ school experience. Special thanks to our P&C and staff for supporting the event.

As we head into the holiday break, I want to remind everyone that there are no staff development days at the start of the new term. Students will return to school on Monday, October 14. I hope you all take this opportunity to rest, recharge, and spend quality time with family and friends.

Wishing you all a safe and joyful holiday break! I look forward to welcoming everyone back for another exciting term.

Principal

P&C NEWS

What an end to term we had with an amazing disco for the students to enjoy!! We would like to thank all the staff and parents who helped on the night with supervision and the continuing support from Ian and David at Black Olive Pizza for the donation of pizzas.

Next term information will be sent home with every student about a school colour run we are holding. Each student will fundraise for the event with the chance to win some amazing prizes based on the amount of money they can raise.

More information coming your way week 2, term 4. Mark it in your calendars and diaries, get your families and friends prepared to support our students for an amazing chance to raise much needs funds for our school.

Earlier this year the P&C applied for a canteen grant through Horizon Bank and were successful in receiving one which we have used to purchase a new oven and canteen equipment. We are extremely grateful for their support.

Warm Regards
