Work Ready Program

This is the second week for our Batch 2 Work Ready Program for this year. They just completed the training module 'Adopting to Workplace Culture'.  This module basically requires trainees to discuss and compare their culture in the village and the culture at the workplace. It also enables the trainees to be aware and mindful of where they are and make necessary adaptations accordingly in order to minimise inconveniences.

The next training module will be on Leadership.

A reminder again that towards the end of last year, we put a temporary stop to accepting new Work Ready Program applications and this is still in effect. A Toksave will be sent out by mid-this year announcing when new WRP applications will be accepted.

FODE

FODE program has commenced for this term and students are working at their own pace with the guidance and assistance from STM staff.

Afternoon Remedials / IT / Exam Prep

Monday / Tuesday Remedials, Thursday IT (Computing) and Saturday Exam Prep will continue at STM.

Kind regards,

Mr David Wengip
