Dear Parents and Carers,
We are pleased to share some exciting updates as Term 2 unfolds at Zig Zag Public School.
š A Smooth Start to Term 2
Our students have settled back into the school routine wonderfully. Classrooms are buzzing with learning, and the playground is filled with joyful energy.
Student Individual Education Plans (IEPs) are developed to keep parents informed about the strategies and interventions in place to support their childās learning journey.
In 2025, IEPs will include Semester One fluency goals and may outline specific adjustments tailored to your childās needs. These may include:
- Support for Aboriginal cultural identity
- Attendance support strategies
- Learning interventions currently in place
- High Potential and Gifted Education (HPGE) opportunities
- Other relevant supports
Parents are asked to review and accept the plan by ticking the box provided in the portal. If you have questions or would like to discuss the plan in more detail, please contact Mrs Gillmore or your childās class teacher to make an appointment.
